Account & user eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Customers under 18 may shop only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• Provide accurate, complete and current contact, billing and shipping information.
• Keep account credentials confidential and notify Savile of suspected unauthorised access.
• Accounts involving false information, fraud, repeated cancellations or violations may be suspended or terminated.

Product & order information

We describe suits, formalwear and accessories as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences caused by screens, resolution or lighting are not considered product defects.

• Prices may change without notice; confirmed orders retain the checkout price.
• Purchase quantities may be limited for promotional or limited-stock items.
• Orders may be cancelled for stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, invalid addresses or failed payment verification.
• Custom-sized, personalised or tailored garments are non-refundable unless severe manufacturing defects are verified.

Payment terms

Orders must be fully paid before shipment. Accepted credit cards, debit cards and third-party payment services are displayed at checkout.

Failed or rejected payments may cause an order to be held or cancelled.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs and unexpected logistics events may cause delays.

• We do not ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.
• Customers must provide an accurate, deliverable residential or business address.
• Once marked delivered by the courier, Savile is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
• Import duties, taxes and customs fees on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Return and exchange rules are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy; these Terms supplement that policy.

Return shipping and original delivery charges are customer-borne unless Savile supplied the wrong item, damaged goods or factory mis-sizing.

Intellectual property rights

Brand logos, product images, photographs, descriptions, layouts, fonts and graphic materials belong to Savile and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Site content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial shopping use.
• Do not copy, edit, distribute, resell or use content commercially without written permission.
• Unauthorised reproduction, image scraping and counterfeiting may result in legal action.

User conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, spam or harmful scripts.
• Use automated tools to extract mass product data without written consent.
• Harass staff or users, impersonate others or submit fraudulent information.
• Violate applicable local, national or international laws.

Violations may lead to account restrictions, order cancellation and legal recourse.

Website modifications & interruption

Savile may modify layouts, product lines, functions and page content without advance notice. Maintenance may temporarily interrupt access, and we do not guarantee error-free operation at all times.

Disclaimer of liability

Products and website services are provided on an “as-is” basis beyond warranties stated in our policies.

• We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, missed events or travel expenses caused by delayed delivery unless gross negligence is proven.
• External websites are outside Savile's control.
• Force majeure events may exempt Savile from delivery and performance liabilities.

Privacy policy reference

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Savile collects, stores and processes personal information.

Third-party links

The website may link to external platforms, social media and partner sites. Savile does not control their content, privacy rules or service standards; visiting them is at your own risk.

Termination of service

Savile may terminate website access, suspend accounts or cancel pending orders when these Terms are breached, fraud occurs or relevant laws are violated. After termination, access rights to the account and services end.
