2. Product & Order Information

All suits, formal wear, accessories and related goods sold on savile.com are described as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may exist due to monitor, screen resolution and lighting conditions, and such minor discrepancies will not qualify as product defects.

  • Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will retain the price shown at checkout.
  • SAVILE reserves the right to limit purchase quantities of certain items, especially promotional or limited stock products.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, invalid shipping addresses, or failure to complete payment verification.
  • Custom sized, personalized or tailor-made garments are non-refundable unless severe manufacturing quality defects exist, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Payment Terms

All orders must be fully paid before shipment. We accept mainstream credit cards, debit cards and authorized third-party payment services as displayed on checkout.

  • You authorize SAVILE to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount including merchandise cost, shipping fees and applicable taxes.
  • If your payment fails or is rejected by your bank, your order will be automatically held or canceled.
  • No hidden fees will be added to your order after checkout. All relevant charges are clearly displayed before you submit payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs clearance or unexpected logistics disruptions.

  • SAVILE does not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable residential or business shipping address.
  • Once the package is marked delivered by the courier, SAVILE shall not be liable for lost or stolen parcels.
  • International orders may incur import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All return and exchange rules are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy page. These Terms of Service act as a supplement to that policy.

  • Standard size items can be returned within 15 days upon receipt if unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-tailored, altered, personalized goods are generally non-refundable unless factory production faults are verified by our quality team.
  • Return shipping fees and original delivery charges are customer-borne unless the error originates from SAVILE’s side (wrong item, damaged goods, mis-sizing by factory).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on savile.com including brand logos, product images, photographs, text descriptions, layout designs, fonts and graphic materials belong exclusively to SAVILE. All intellectual property rights are protected by copyright, trademark and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, download, edit, distribute, resell or use any site content for commercial purposes without our written official permission.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, screenshot theft, image scraping and brand counterfeiting will result in legal action taken by SAVILE.
  • You may only view and browse website content for your personal, non-commercial shopping use.
